Delivery and return
DELIVERY
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the customer's residential address or that of any other natural person of their choice.
Delivery times are within 24 hours to 20 days depending on the destination.
Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes.
In order for these deadlines to be respected , the customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number , staircase number, access codes , names and/or intercom numbers , etc.).
Delivery is free for all orders equal to or greater than €3,000.
